We will always do our best to collect your vehicle regardless of accessibleness but please do let us know if your vehicle is in a difficult location.

Yes no problem! The registered keeper does not have to be present as long as the person providing the documents and vehicle keys is able to show photo ID.

No unfortunately we do not.

A Certificate of Destruction (COD) is a document confirming that your car has been disposed of. The certificate is created by the DVLA and produced by the authorised treatment facility. 

No. The vehicle should be free of rubbish & personal belongings.

The vehicle tax will be refunded to the person named on the registration certificate this will be done automatically by the DVLA once they are informed of the vehicle disposal either by COD or filling out section 9 of the vehicle registration certificate & sending to the DVLA.

Yes. You will need to inform the governing body in the country the car is from; usually by sending them the completed registration document.
